what is this part?? - 71 cuda convertible

I recently picked up a 71 cuda convertible project and am going through all of the parts.   What exactly are these pieces?   They are body color and have numbers stamped into them, so I assume they are factory.

They cover the wiring going down the rocker panel, on the inside of the car
