ok I have an issue with my left turn signal. The front light does not blink but the rear tail light does. I switched bulbs to make sure the bright element was fine. Does anyone have thoughts on this?

How does the socket look? Sometimes the plate that holds the contacts in the proper alignment moves out of place or the contact recesses into the plate and can't contact the bulb.

Get a test light. You need power and a ground. Start there first.
