Those of you that had Redline upgrade your gauges............ Does the cars existing wires/contacts still useable or do they need changed also ? I'm strongly considering taking my cluster out of my 70 Cuda this winter and sending it to them.

To my knowledge, the answer is no.  However, if you're going to do the Amp to Volt meter conversion as part of your cluster "upgrade", you'll need to connect together the two leads in the dash harness that were used for the amp meter.  Put a bolt/screw through the two ring terminals and secure with a nut; then tape it up an tuck it neatly away.  These DO NOT connect to the new volt meter, only a power lead is connected.  Also, if you do the solid state Tach conversion, and are using an MSD (or similar) ignition box, you'll use the supplied harness to connect the box to the Tach terminal.  As far as I know, those are the only two considerations. Everything else is connected the same as with a stock instrument/gauge cluster.  If you want to be certain, just call Redline and ask to speak with Shannon.  He'll be more than happy to answer any questions you may have.

FWIW,

As far as I recall after converting my non Rallye dash Instrument wire harness to a Rallye Dash harness:

The only thing I found different was that the Tach wire on rallye dashes was part of the original harnes.
Meaning that it was taped in with the rest of the bulk of harness. regardless of year, they were all the same except for the Tach wire.

Options like headlight reminder/courtesy, speaker upgrade options, light pkg. options, overhead, were added harnesses that branched off.
