Mopar Cam specs

how do we know if the max lift on the Mopar cam is listed as @.050" timing or seat to seat timing?  it seems to make a really big difference in Torque and Hp curves on computer dyno programs.

Normally both the advertised duration and the lift at .050" is shown on the cam card and in the cam description

lift is lift from seat to full open  max lift doesn't vary
Duration varies a lot , advertised duration is 8* , .050 is more accurate & will make a big difference in fast ramp cams as you can get more duration between seat & .050 lift

I'm putting my exact combo in the computer to see how close the numbers match to the dyno numbers for Mopar performance on a 360 crate motor.  I want to see what difference good or bad a single plane intake makes over a dual plane, and I can't match the numbers unless I know what value to use.  Seat to seat timing or @.050" timing.  the cam I have is listed as 274/264 .433"/.430"  using this cam and the 2 different ways of timing yields an increase of 30+ hp and 70+ ft/# torque for a seat to seat measurement.  neither are that close as to what Mopar claims on their Dyno but the seat to seat is closest.

Of course I need to figure out my spark issue before messing with anything else.  Just playing around with combos right now.

using a Lunati cam you should be around .480 lift with similar duration @ 50
