WTB 70 Challenger Project ...

hello all,

im looking for a project that i can fix up for the wife for a surprise on her anniversary in a few years ....

would know someone that has one or you have one ... either way

looking for something complete w/ needing work done ( as in rust repair or was hit at one time )

with original paint ( always leery about prime jobs about some thing to hide .....)

on a budget and would like to find something at a reasonable price ....

it can have a slant 6 or a 318 in it ( as in stock ) .... any better bigger, afraid for her life =)

ac would be a plus

I would try to find an unfinished project, its a good cheap start. Try to find a car with a clean body, rust is something you don't want, once its starts it spreads all over& the price of body work adds up quicker than you would think. Your best bet would be an unfinished project like I said, a roller, or just a car with an old restoration that just needs a little tlc. I don't know how happy your wife would be if she found out you spent 45k to restore a 318 worth 15000 Good luck with finding a project!

Actually a pretty solid car, I will probably get more if i go the douchebag route a flat black it and slap some shiny wheels on it !!!!   just like to advertise what it actually is.

Hi,   mine is a 72 and needs a lot of work,  but it is not a rust bucket and is a factory 318/904 auto with slapstick, and factory air.
I would take in the neighborhood of 5K for it.  I am located in Ohio and have clear title for the car.  If any interest I can send pics.
