congrats...

...I ordered a new 73 Cuda while overseas, it was a red/blk-int/stripe delete, 340 AT...it was quite possibly the worst car I ever owned, from the beginning to the end of my ownership...it was not only a mechanical nightmare which NEVER got straightened out, but it seemed to be cursed...it was rear ended, with only 79 miles, on a highway at highway speeds by a drunk...hit 2 more times in parking lots, crushed in my driveway by a tree in an ice storm, side swiped at the curb, hit in the front hard by the next owners ex wife, slid thru a fence backwards, and finally drowned in storm sewage water...last time I saw the old girl was about 1975-76 and it was rusty all the way up to the side marker lights...

pix...day 1, wrecked the first time later that day

SPD birthday or MDH?

Look at the MDH code on the door sticker for the true build date.

79 miles before you got hit?  Ouch, that is really rotten luck, Daytona.
