AAR Cuda brake question
« on: June 21, 2014 - 10:11:48 PM »
Please help me with a brain fart....
I bought my AAR in a million pieces and I can't find a certain piece so I'm questioning myself on whether or not it uses one.

The car has POWER assisted front disc brakes with 11" rear drum as it should.

The proportioning valve mounted below the master cylinder is that funky 2 piece design which splits off the front brakes.

My question is: Should the car also have the brass block mounted further back on the driver's side frame rail requiring the 2 piece front to rear brake line ?
I've taught you everything you know.....but I haven't taught you everything I know !

This is what it looks like in my AAR and I'm pretty sure it is correct.

Yes thank you...I understand that part no problem, but can you look and see if there is a brass "T" shaped block about 12" back on the frame rail...that's what I'm wondering about.

AAR and T/A did not use the tube proportioning valve back on the frame rail
