I believe he is trying to state the car can be made into a 6pack car. If not, he's bought a VIN plate and is a bit dastardly.

Why have a 6 pack K-member and a regular K-member in the car?

i talked with the man 2 weeks ago since its in my backyard he is selling the vin tags and title to a v code car and you buy his shell & random parts. he wouldent give the vin tag over the phone so i could report it
