OK brad,you have the option of CJ2 A/C HEATsystem [a/c frt auto/aux control]
it takes three of the same part no. actuators which fit the upper center valve flap..the lower center valve flap and the left outer center flap.
the PART NO. on these three is 89018365 temp mode actuators.price is $263.56 retail i would sell one to you for $151.55 {my cost}
you would have to pay shipping from minnesota to canada.if and when if you need one let me know.............
the other actuator that mounts on the right outer center is part no.89018374 mode control actuator.$79.86 retail $45.92 my cost

and sorry brad more than likely you need the more expensive one.this is the one with the high fail rate..........  :(

if you need a parts illustration and service info post or pm me a fax no.i can send them too.  :thumbsup:

Hey thanks! How do I figure what one I need?  Wait till it fails again I guess?
I don't have a fax?
  What have you run across that screws up with the rear heater? I read on the net something about some
do-hicky on the right side rear wheel well that is most likley the cause?
Sure wish they would have left the old tried and true cables and levers that never screwed up for the life of the vehicle instead of all this electronic junk? It's just a heater.... not the space shuttle! LOL

Thanks a ton Dave! :2thumbs:  What does this rear controler do? Like is is an electronic motor that allows air/heat to flow or is it a circuit borad brain type thing? Just wondering how to tell if it's gone bad. I don't want to be guessing, replacing parts?
Thanks Brad

I am not getting any air to my defroster on my 2005 suburban?  Blow through the dash only?  Thoughts?

Sounds like the electronic controller or one of those actuators?  Mine turned out to be low coolant level I think it was? That was a year ago....short memory!  :grinyes:
Since then the wife "fixed" the problem anyhow! ::) :grinyes:
