Well, you need the slap stick shifter and linkage, brackets for welding to the floor to mount the console, the gasket that screws to the floor that the shifter linkage goes through, and parts from a floor shift column to replace the pieces of the column that had the original shift handle and the PRND12 piece. You will need to tear down the column and rebuild as a floor shift column.
