If you havent heard about the metro grills, then you are in luck.
People have waited FOREVER for replacement 71 grills, and metro very recently stepped up to the plate. They are $$ at about $1200, and you have to paint it, but they are finally available, last I heard.
Do a search on here because there are several other threads all about it.

Depends on what type?
Body color should be available through most suppliers, although the impact colors (like mine) can be difficult to match exactly, but thats typical.
Argent paints are more difficult to source, but Totally Auto is considered a reliable source, and can even help with body colors I think.
Again, there are lots of threads here with great information. Search the body shop section.

Dave is your best bet like Alan said.
The funniest thing about this particular signature is that by the time you realize it doesn't say anything it's to late to stop reading it.

Contact Dave at Roseville Moparts. He's a member here.

Im just went through all this , looking for a grill. I have be dealing with dave lots over the last month getting all my parts ordered. He told me there is a problem with the grills. the manufacturer is no longer making them at this point as there is a contract dispute or something. so what is out there is out there. He was not able to get me a grill as most are sold out of the stock. I was able to find a grill through a company up here in canada. Let me know if you want the contact.

There was avery long wait for metro to initially supply, and to be expected, some initial shipping issues came up on the first major orders

If its true they dont supply them anymore,  I hate to hear it

Theres another company out there that has them  A major mopar mag just did great spread on them  Ill find it today and relay the 411

If you want one painted w/the argent (or body colored, but would rather have someone local to paint match what you have for that) paint, you can maybe look into:

So seriously?  No way you can buy one now unless it's old stock?  Hmm... :dunno:
