I don't know but if I were to take a stab I would guess "F" to be the wheel type, 15 is 15" diameter and JJ to be 6 inch wide.

This is GM stuff but it mentions the JJ as 6" and JK as 5.5". Whether or not it applies to Mopars I don't know but it does make sense as some rims came in different widths.

Original Mopar Road Wheels were never available in a 15". They were all 14".

Next time I'll remember that when someone asks me if the air filter housing on their 350 in their Challenger is original...
