Hello.  I'm thinking about purchasing the  "The Hurst Driveline Conversions ELITE Tremec TKO"  TKO-600 Kit.  I currently have an auto and thinking about putting a 5-speed transmission in. This is a 1970 Dodge Challenger with a 1968 440 (480HP, 500Tq).  I've seen old post with this kit back about 2 or 3 years ago.  Has anyone recently bought this kit from "Hurst" that had an Auto transmission in their Challenger and then converted it to 5-speed Manual transmission?

I'm looking for any suggestions, reflections, or any other info that can be shared about the installation, the kit itself, and the company service. 

Another question is: Other than pedals and the hydraulic clutch, is what is shown below in the "ELITE Tremec TKO" kit all I need to convert my challenger to a 5-speed manual?

Is Hurst making them again?  I heard they were thinking about making them for Challengers again.

I got a quote from them for TKO-600 about 2 weeks ago.

Big Blue 73 . Tony is a member here & works for Hurst , I would direct the question at him , I heard they were redeveloping the Mopar applications again given the endless problems dealing with Keisler

What is an "Elite TKO"?

Do they do some mods on it so you can shift at high RPM?

I'd hold off if you can and see if you can get either a Passon 5-speed (A855):
