Turn signal lever slop
« on: September 18, 2013 - 08:06:34 PM »
Wonder if someone can tell me what is wrong with my turn signal lever. It functions, but the problem is it has too much slop, or play. Also when I click the lever, it clicks really hard to the point where I think I'm going to break it. Is there a part missing that is causing this, or is it a faulty or bad repo turn signal switch or cancel cam?

The slop in the lever is probably due to the screw coming loose. Just tighten it and you should be good to go. I bet that will fix the click issue since the lever has notches that sits in between the turn signal switch.  If you need a new switch part # is TW7 from standard motor products.

Hope it helps

I had to use Locktite to keep my turn signal lever from coming loose constantly.
