tranny lever
« on: September 16, 2013 - 10:32:39 AM »
I need a stock tranny shift lever for a 727 with slapstick shifter. Finally remembered I had to change the lever when I went to a B&M shifter and now I want to go back.

No, I am totally ignorant on what this lever looks like other than I know it has the typical circle with one flat side where it mounts onto the tranny shaft just above the oil pan. I believe it is just a straight lever with the hole in the end for the lower shift rod to mount to.

I don't have a spare but it looks like this one. Shorter black one.

Actually Brad, the lever I need is the other lever you have pictured there. The larger straight one that actually moves the tranny shaft through the gears, not the kickdown. I cannot figure how to copy the image but I believe it is the third one to the right of the lever you initially pointed out to me.
