Hello from KS
« on: September 21, 2013 - 03:55:44 PM »
 :working: 1970 Challenger project underway.  Data plate help would be great. VIN JH29N0B199940 original plum crazy purple 383 4bbl with skinny window black vinyl top(I think).  Data plate info: (line 1) Y05 26 EN2 (line 2) H51 M21 M31 M91 N41 R11 (line 3) V1X B51 C16 C26 C55 G33 (line 4) FC7 HRX9 000 B20 046473 (line 5) E63 D32 then VIN#.  I have used the site already to help with several things.  Needing help with disassembly...is that a bad sign?  :grinno:

P.s.  Don't start salivating yet guys this baby is an ugly junkyard salvage that's gonna get a rotisserie frame-up  :money: and new life again...she gets to be somebody's baby again...wait...maybe I forgot who my crowd is...

Thanks!  My big problem is matching the proper engine to that meat?  351W?  305?    like I said this baby was a day away from going to crusher as scrap...thank god for orscheln's or it would've literally started in my possession as a dragster!
