I'm in the same boat but only need the belt molding for the driver's side, from this forum the SE trim is really hard to come by.

Can anyone offer any suggestions on the removal of this trim so that I do not damage it.
The door is currently complete with door panel & tinted glass.

At the front of the door, there will be a small screw or bolt that holds the trim in place -- it threads into a clip within the stainless steel.

At the rear edge of the door, there should be a (3/8" IIRC) nut holding the rearmost trim clip.

The remaining clips should simply be the press-in style, and can be removed by working the moulding gently upwards.

Since it appears that you have the door off, just look in past the glass to make sure that no-one has used bolt-in clips.  And working them loose from the bottom is never a bad idea
