pilot bushing and t/o bearing

I read somewhere that all mopars use the same pilot bushing ...from 6 banger to hemi is this true ? cuz trying to get one for a 71 360 w/hemi 4 speed from advance auto is going to be a nitemare if it isnt true ...LOL
 and anyone know the differences in the throw-out bearings

Chryco does but until he gets here I know there are multiple sizes that you can buy. I'd have to check for the application but it may just be the difference in the crank (if it was originally auto or 4-speed equipped).

I knew there were a hundred throwout bearing differen=ces , basically in the length of the collar but every listing on pilot bushings just says mopar so I figure they must be the same .....I just bought one and NO THEY ARE NOT ALL THE SAME SIZE ..LOL This one was right inside but outside was about .040 too big ....good thing I have a lathe ...lol

Mopar used the same pilot bushing since it had a 5 digit part # probably back to the 40s , but yes for the auto cranks there is a smaller OD bushing available
 with the Throwout brg there are 2 , the smaller ID brg for the 23 spline tranny & the larger ID brg for the Hemi / 18 slpine tranny this brg is virtually obsolete from anyone But Mopar but it is prcey
