I also thought the bolt looked screwed in quite a bit.

Just thinking out loud here guys, tell me what you think.... For a lowered car the adjusting bolts look to be pretty far up in the LCA.. I've heard of torsion bars being installed on the wrong sides creating issues... What would the consequences of basackward TBs be?

That's a very good observation. Yes, typically a mopar lowered to this degree has much more bolt sticking out of the control arm. This would tend to indicate the t-bar may be worn and has had to constantly be adjusted up to maintain ride height, or the anchors may be cracked. This is why I wondered earlier about the liberal use of undercoating on the bottom of the car. It makes it easy to hide a crack if that was someone's intention.

jiminnj, how long have you owned the car?

got it about 6 month ago, only driver it about 100 mile, a friend drove it some and he thinks I'm
a little nuts cause he thinks it runs great,  I'll still have it gone over next spring.
I have 02 corvette, 79 El Camino, 04 ford ranger 10 Chrysler Van.  So I don't use them much.
corvette has 6000 mile now.
