Wow. Call me crazy or overly ambitious, but I'd do the V code car, docs or not. These cars are like puppies or kittens by the side of the road. You just want to save them all!

Problem with restoring a car that has no BCS or original fender tags, is that once it's done there is no way to prove the colour or options....You've basically spent a small fortune on something that has very little value. Sure, if you have lots of money to spend and you don't really care :dunno:
I've taught you everything you know.....but I haven't taught you everything I know !

And that's "value" in every sense of the word. Even if you just want to be able to say "I brought this particular car back from the dead" you'd never be able to prove it.

Pics/videos can prove how the car was before restoring so I think the way to do it is- FC7, 383, standard R/T SE options and then just have fun with the rest of the option list. Worth it money wise, probably not but neither was my 318 Barracuda but I1d do it agian.
