    Question about a wire on a new 73 harness

    This wire i am holding is the one that goes to the brake sensor, but the one i am touching with the loop and connector is the one in question. My old harness did not have this.

    It's nothing.  My old and new harness had it but nothing connects to it.  Maybe it was used for some type of testing at the factory?
