Cuda door panel removal

The lock on the armrest needs to come off to get the panel off. The bolt is out, how do I get it off the arm?

As the door panel is pulled away from the door the lock lever will side off the end of the shaft... put the bolt back in before reinstalling it...

If memory serves, the lock lever is on a square shaft and they get gungy and stick. I'd put a long bladed flat screwdriver behind the knob and use a small hammer to tap sideways on the blade to help push it off the shaft. A pair of plastic pliers to grab and not mar it might also serve to wiggle it off. Good luck

Usually I remove the eight screws, four front, four rear, remove the window crank.. Remove the two screws in the door pull... Pop the six clips at the bottom..   loosen the lock knob... Then grab the inside door handle & give it a sharp jerk...
