72-74 cuda grill
« on: November 28, 2013 - 10:27:21 AM »
So I have a spare parts grill that I have held on to for many years now and I am trying to liquidate many parts I have had and this is something I am now thinking of parting with . . . . I know this is not reproduced at this time and although I consider this a parts grill, I think it is fixable.  Not trying to get top dollars just a fair price!  So what is it worth?   :dunno:

Id say $200 maybe more. I restored my old one and sold it at the portland swap meet for $850 . They are so fragile to transport or ship. I got lucky my 73 cuda 340 4 speed came with an NOS piece.

Hey Dave, have you considered having it fixed professionally ? I know Jim does this kind of thing and could make it look brand new again, he does some awesome plastic repairs. jsrestorations@rocketmail.com

Within the last year, I paid 750.00 for a grill, lower grill, valance, lights, buckets ,wiring.   Grill only had one little broken item that was unseeable until I was removing it.
Pretty good price really.  I had to go take them off of the car.  So, add 4 more hours of driving, 2 hours of removal.  So let's add 250.00 for my time.

1000 bucks for a full set up.

That sounds like a good deal!
