Not sure if you're fooling around or not (don't know you well enough), but it's clear as day it's a scam Paypal or not. Paypal does not mean it's a sure thing. That money can be pulled out or deemed fraudulant up to 90 days later.
Stop communicating and don't sell to anyone unless they show up with cash.
