TransGo Shift Kits?
«

Anyone running one? They are simply the best I have heard from a lot of guru trans guys from across the boards.
I think the TransGo-1 kit is what I need, not the TransGo-2 kit as thats more track orientated.
Any comments?

I had a TransGo-2 in a street Charger, not a problem. Nice hard 2nd gear scratch.
It was mild to me, untill you stand on it. :guitar:

I used the transGo-1 kit, nice firm shifts, I didn't want the banging gears. Talked to the tranny experts before using it. It is also supposed to stop fluid from draining back to the pan while parked?

Thanks Lads, as I thought the TG-2 kit would be a little "over the top" for a daily driver.
Hmmmm I'll wait to get the car on the road before I muck around but atleast I know now.

But your thinking more performance, not daily driver/street.

Yeahhhhhh
it just seems to over the top for my car. Basically stock (400hp) and as I remember the stock TF-727 was crisp and shifted hard (chirped) but I was just wanting to spice it up a tad. Maybe your right, I'll check out the drive feel when I get it on the road.
Thanks CP (as always)
