Jeep Steering box for cuda

I was talking with a guy who rebuilds mopars the other day. he mentioned that other then buying the firm feel rebuilt steering box, that there is a Jeep steering box which with come slight mounting modification can be used in a 73 Cuda.

does anyone have some more informaiton on this, which box, what modifications?

Goody has a Jeep and a 'cuda. Maybe he will be able see if they are similar for you. Getting one rebuilt by firm feel or steer n gear isn't that expensive and will bolt right in without mods. Not sure what the advantage of the conversion would be. Ratio?

 Well the new p/s box from borgsen is based of a Jeep GC if I remeber correctly. Maybe thats what he was talking about?  :clueless:
