Cuda exhaust tip: Perfect alignment

I was able to get one side perfectly centered.

The other side hung a little bit lower in the valence.
Should I live with it? Or keep trying to adjust?

What did you do to make them perfect?

Hi, I fitted an "accurate exhaust" dual exhaust sytem to my Gc and also found the driver side  was perfect  , the other side needed modifying the rear hanger to offset the exhaust about 3/4" , not too hard to do

I'd keep trying.  Mine are off a tad but I'm ok with it.  Do you have any pictures?

when I built my exhaust the tips were dead on centered, but after the first longer trip one site started pointing down a bit.  haven`t corrected that yet, but it still bugs me.

You can manipulate the tips by using a block of timber that fits in the exhaust tip nicely and bend it around some to center it, just be careful of your paint, could be a good idea to drop your valance and refit it after you have tweaked what you were needing, this is a bit of free advice for all of you guys to use................... But you have to buy your own timber to do the job, i can nopt do everything for all of you all the time..................

You can oval the holes more on the hanger, but if it's too far off you can also re-drill the trunk floor. The plate will cover the holes unless you're a mile off.

The way I been doing it the last few years is, I position the tip in the opening first. Then build the exhaust rearward. to the engine. This way there is no issues later.
