I have state farm for my liability and full coverage.
I've had a few claims and they handled them quite well.
My body guy, best in my little neck of the woods, said he only wants to deal with State farm.
he says they are the only reason he still does body work.
Says all the others are a pain in the butt to get paid from.

I also keep a broadform insurance through viking of wisconsin.
Not what your looking for as it is a very minimal liatiliby coverage that does not cover your car.
But I can drive any car that is registered.
Makes it nice since I have like a dozen cars. I can drive them all.

Oh, I have to mention.  I get my limit of speeding tickets every year, and statefarm has never once questioned me on that or raised my rates.
Nor have they ever questioned my mileage on my full coverage cars.

So I am working on this again today and personally talked to Grundy, Haggerty and Heacock.  Although Haggerty is the most expensive, they have less restrictions for driving and I think that is the way I am going.  I did also find out that if I have historic plates on the car, it would save me some cash but then I take the chance of getting pulled over for driving with those plates and not going to a show or car related event.  Thanks for all the feedback!

IMO everyday is a car show or car related event!!

I vouch for Hagerty. The rate must have vary too depending on your location and your reasons why you are getting a classic car insurance. How about you try getting a car insurance low-mileage quote from Yepmarket since I think they are all the same.
