Need to know rear sway bar "angle"
« on: May 11, 2014 - 02:45:04 PM »
My original rear sway bar is in pretty good (I think) reusable condition, bushings and all.  The problem is it appears that some how in the car's past it was twisted slightly; we think someone used the rear axle as a snatch point to pull it out of a ditch or something because it was cocked on the spring perches.   :eek7:  Anyway when the bar is lying flat on the floor one link eyelet is higher than the other, like a pair of misaligned eyeglass frame temples.  Can anyone tell me what the "height" from the horizontal the bar ends should be; anyone have a stock rear bar they can measure?

Thanks!
