Actually sounds like a very cool car!!
Those back in the day were considered cars under the radar. Young males with less than perfect driving records (a lot of military also) opted for cars with all the RT options, but without an actual RT designation in the vin, qualified them for lower insurance rates. So, it had the specs of an RT, but technically was an everyday ride. The true gearhead knew this was not the case though. LOL
I have a similar 70 with the A31, which had hemi suspension along with max cooling, 383 4 barrel.
