There is a Lot of potential in the 225 , I ported the heads & milled them .100 to increase the compression , there used to be some decent cams from Mopar , Clifford may have some Lunati has some killer Mopar grinds . I have not looked into voodoo cams for the 225 but a call to Lunati would answer some questions . Header maybe Clifford , 6-1
Hooker has a 520=5602-1 from Jegs

I use the Holley 390 4 bbl awesome tunability & very responsive with the 4 bbl intakes , you need to build a brace to support the Hyper intake long rams & it will be difficult to tune using a long ran as the carb never gets heat , but I have out run a ws6 car though 1st & 2nd gear .

porting=open up the intake and exhaust ports by grinding away some of the metal so they flow better.
milling=cut down the mating surface of the head (to the block) to decrease the size of the combustion chamber therefor increasing compression

You can just take the head to a machine shop.
72 Cuda, owned 25 years. 496, with ported Stage VI heads, .625 in solid roller, 254/258 at .050, 3500 stall, 3.91 rear. 850 Holley DP, Reverse manual valve body.

1999 Trans Am, LS1, heads, cam, headers, stall, etc! Love to surprise the rice rockets with this one. They seem so confident, then it's "what the heck just happened?"
