Did the battery die while the car was running? If so, the problem isn't the battery.
Do you have a volt gauge or amp gauge to monitor the charging as you drive?
no car ran fine....well ok at least. The battery died after sitting for a few hours and the car would not turn over.
The Volt meter shows it is charging fine while running. Just does not want to hold a charge. Of course I have only had the car running for 15 min or so at a time.
Sunday, I charged it all day, took it out to dinner, about 15 min drive. The car started about 30min after we got there, and again 2 hours after that. The next morning, nothing!
