T/A hood windshield washer squirters

What or is there a specific spot or measurement to mount these squirt nozzles on the fiberglass hood? I have a new hood from aar aka stinger on order and want to drill the holes in the proper spots before going into the paint shop. Thanks for any help!

On mine it's 28" between centers and 5 1/2" from the edge.
Not sure if it will help much mines a repop?

The holes were already in it from the supplier.
