OK, I talked to 3 different sources today....Pro Source, Muscle City Glass, and Convertible Conversions. Prices for complete side glass varied greatly. Manufacturer seems to be all the same....Spec-Temp. All these sources have the glass in stock or can readily get it. Tinted glass seems to be easier to come by than the clear for some reason.

Question....has anyone done any business with any of these people especially concerning Cuda glass?

Popeye,

I am in the process of build a convert also and bought my glass from Cuda Conversions but haven't had a chance to install it yet!  The glass is all new and I compared it to my old stuff and it look the same!  I hope to have it in the car in the next few months, just have other things on the priority list!!  8)

4cruzin, so you bought your glass from Convertible Conversions in Indiana, correct? I think her name is Michelle. How smooth was the transaction? Can you use a credit card? How long did it take to get the glass from the time you ordered?

Popeye,

I bought the glass on e-bay about a year ago in preparation for the convert. coming home from the body shop!  Everything went fine with the transaction, but from Michigan, it was a 3 hour drive so I tried to save some cash and drove to pick them up.  While I was there I saw their operation and a couple converts (one was a burned up hemi challenger convert. but it was pretty fried)!  I don't know if you can use a credit card or not, I used cash.  (a good 4 letter word  :o !) Yes her name was Michelle Wizzer or something.  I paid $600 for the complete set on e-bay, I was the only bidder!
They had alot of sets of glass and I got a clear set!  Looking forward to installing them in the convert.  I think REV has got me motivated with all the progress she's making!

Just ordered a set of tinted windows from Convertible Conversions. They have the best price ($765 plus shipping) and they are only 1 1/2 hours away if I need to pay them a visit for any unexpected reasons. ;) They do take credit cards and the glass is from Spec-Temp in Ohio. It is supposed to be a perfect fit.

It's contagious...Moparman's resto over the past year has been extremely inspiring to us....and a little intimidating...but very motivational!
