While experimenting on 10 inch slicks I got out of shape
a couple of times shifting into 2nd but only a little
wobble into 3rd.(most of that is from too low on rear tire
air pressure)
The bite feeling is a comepletey different animal on
slicks
At the dry hop after a short burnout you feel yourself
pressed into the seat and sometimes at the launch you
can loose track of the horizon as the dr side tire lifts off
the ground. The first gear shift is so quick if you think
about it, it's already too late so you learn to shift by
the sound more then the tach.
You really can't compare the feel of any street car to
even a slow bracket car like mine.
A 1:58 sixty foot time will rock your world
the TEN second car was another matter altogether
