    Been away from the board for awhile.......As of right now I am in the process of removing 3 coats of paint from my 71 challenger RT. I plan to roll it outside tomorrow (5-15-05) and take some pictures that I'll post on the board. When finished it will be painted either bright orange or bronze metalic. I haven't decided yet.

    Don, not that my vote counts for anything but I'm a huge fan of orange -- especially with black R/T stripes... :)

    If you dont have a garage, then maybe one of the portable canvas jobs will help.  I think they can still be had for around $100 to $130.  It has a tubular frame w/ all canvas (or vinyl) top & sides.  At least it would give a little shelter.  I think I saw on the board where someone used this mode a little while back.  Anyone remember?   Ovmf

    There all always under construction ;D Accually i have the 70 barracuda and 68 RR under construction also,but think i am going to sell the RR cause i have too many

    I got a 383 70 R/T chally, that is a rotissorie resto, it is originally hemi orange, black top black bumble bee , and black treatment on hood , body work is completd ,  just alot of sanding and blocking. motor is not stock, just wanted something different. hopefully another year might be done.

    4Cruizin, not too much has happened with my '73 lately.  I've started the long haul of smoothing out the body to prepare it for some paint hopefully before I leave for college in the fall.  I did notice one of the guys in the list has completed his beautiful '70 Top Bannana Challenger R/T...Awesome car MoparMan! 8) :P

    I got sidetracked putting a swingset together this past weekend, but I'm planning on straightening out my passenger door over the long weekend. Couple of rust holes to cut out & patch, and some dents to bump out.

    2 weeks ago I hung out with my buddy DA around the trunk jamb and filler panel...

    New fuel line clips from Inline Tube are on the way for the 73 as well as a rust free trunk lid courtesy of ebay. She's been on jack stands in my driveway since August (LAST August) due to water in the gas tank - seeing JB Weld on the tank when you remove it is so not a good sign >:( Been gathering parts; some ordered new, some from ebay, some from folks on this site. Ya's know who you are and i really appreciate it :). Next week i'll be wire wheeling the underside and coating it before the new fuel system goes on, then new brakes and wheel bearings.

    70 Cuda 340 auto on the floor, ff4 all green.
    Should be finished in 2007, as long as I don't buy anything else.

    got the motor and trans in and all cleaned up within 2 hours. That means getting all tools out, the car from the back to front of house, cross member motor mounts bell housing trans mount headers etc. Everythign went very smoothly. gonna wire her up today.
