It was so awesome to see the car there!  Wonderful to see Cathy, Meghan, and Doug and I know Andy was definitely there in spirit!  Proud to be a member of this club!

That's great! Glad to see it made it. I, also, was a bit disappointed that we couldn't get it running during that thrash, but I also have confidence that Doug et famille will see 'er through and that's what'll put a smile on Andy's face. Danny Z deserves a load of credit for all his organization to get this car to where it is and it's nice to see others kick in to also get it there. Ian  :2thumbs:

At the show, Doug (Andy's youngest son) was hitting the swaps looking for some last minute finds, including a starter and a linkage for the brakes (I couldn't tell you which one, specifically.)

Can he use a standard starter?  I have a standard one I had to remove for a mini-starter because of my headers that I can send along.

Wow- I came onto this board a little late to know Andy but he must have been quite a super guy! My thoughts go to the family- speaking of family... what you folks on this site did was simply outstanding! Way to go- I'm sure he's smiling ear to ear  :2thumbs:

Been a rough summer. This is still an active project, but I have not had an opportunity to get to it yet due to personal issues or business related issues.
Miss that guy tremendously, but know in my heart he was smilin when that car got down to Carlisle.

Jeff, please send me a hi res of that shot! Do you have a front view as well?

Also while at Carlisle, Andy's car won the Celebrity Pick from cuda-challenger.com and received a very nice trophy for that.  Maybe someone can post a picture of it??   :dunno:
