727 Problem, Ugly Sounds.

727 TF Flexplate with loose bolts. What causes this and is it an easy fix?

I found this video and was curious about it. Thanks.

The cause is simply the flex plate bolts coming loose. Maybe they weren't tightened enough originally. You should always use loctite on flex plate bolts. If it's been running like that for a while, the holes in the flex plate may get egged out and it would have to be replaced. If the holes are still round, just put some loctite on the bolts and tighten them down TIGHT.
