Interesting there's hex head screws on the cowl vent screens :clueless:

Alan my AAR also has the hex head screws on the cowl vents. It is a later "build date" of 4/15

Interesting , thank you. Guess I'll have to source some for my AAR.  I got the car in a millon pieces....I should look in through the hardware to see if I can find any originals....I just ASSumed they would be a Phillips screw head :banghead:

Hey, nice color and great progress! Man those pictures look familiar. When do you think you'll have it on the road again?

Thanks for the compliment !
I'm hoping it'll be "finished" by end of month or thereabouts. Just awaiting another box of goodies so we can finish trim attachment and massage things into shape. Ahhhh The little things. Gotta hook up the battery and fire up this week I reckon

Registered it yesterday

And first fill of the new tank

Won't last long...

Need to make some brackets to hold the license plates in the right position - sit too low with the current holes drilled in the plates

gotta put the bonnet edge trim on as well

wanted to drive home but gotta insure it first. doh !

and a quick question, my car had the pentastar badge below the 340 SIX PAK decal on the passenger side only.

I see on the T/A registry that most cars have it that side and most don't have it on the drivers. should it be on both sides ?

I have my decals, by the way. just think i'll drive it a while before applying them

The pentastar was a passenger side only thing on the Challenger.
