Decent and inexpensive replacement seats

My Cuda seats are horrible in corners. i slide off the seats even on modest turns. Do you know of a late model seat that will fit easily and won't look completely out of place?

I have seen pictures of late firebird seats in a cuda.

Search for Brads70's post on his seats out of a Hyundai Tiburon.  He had to fab up some mounts but the seats look great.  This is next on my list of ToDos.

I feel your pain! That and I needed a chiropractor after driving to Carlisle 8 hours.  I'm 6'1" so I used the opportunity to also make the mounts so the seat would sit back further too!

   I found a set at a local junk yard.  They are very comfortable.  I am in the middle of mounting mine, and had my rear seat re-foamed and covered to match.  I'll post pics when I get em in.

  They look good.  My foam is so worn out and flat that i can't hardly see over the steering wheel.I am not real tall, but 5' 10" should be able to see over the steering wheel. Thats next on my list to do also.

Thanks they sure were cheap enough I got them for $35 each so I bought  2 pairs in case I needed extra parts and/or I might get a pair re upholstered at some point? I keep searching the yards around here for a perfect/ near perfect pair as mine has a slight wear on the drivers bolster, but no luck yet.

Yeah, I found a set on the weekend, same price here...but the stitching on one of the bolsters was separated.

Of course there were on 2 Tiburons in the yard I was at.

Here is the rear seat I had re-covered to match the front.  Working on stalling the front and will post when I get them in.
