    Hoop Pop-Up Spring Color

    What color should the hood "pop-up" spring be painted?  I've seen pictures of some painted body color and others painted black.

    I've seen a couple so called survivor 74 Cudas that have a body color spring.  Normally they are phosphate.  I'd like to see if things changed in 74.
