Rallye dash was an extra cost option on Cudas. Not everybody opted to pay extra for it. Also some confusion because it was standard equipment on Challenger R/T's.

I have owned two real Hemi Cudas with the standard dash. I have seen many more similar Hemi and six barrel Cudas.
Don't forget the Cuda was the bare bones entry level Mopar. You had to pay for any ' trimmings '. The Challenger RT was a serious upgrade with many more features in the RT package such as the A62 Rallye dash.

My HemiCuda also was a standard dash car. Not a good thing in a 4 speed, 4.10 gear car. I think alot of people did not realize the rallye dash wasn't standard when they ordered the cars. The original owner blew the engine up within 6 months of owning the car.
