2014 Woodward Dream Cruise
« on: August 07, 2014 - 09:10:32 AM »
Hi, will anyone from here be going this year to the Woodward Dream Cruise? I have a spot in Memorial Park on the corner of 13/Woodward, 700+ classic cars. I spoke with the lady in charge, and she still can fit cars into the park, however, you need to get her the entry from by 08AUG14, cost is $35.00 for Friday and Saturday.

How Kool, I'll look for it. I was suppose to display mine one year back in 2008 or 2009, right when the economy took a dump, but because my job moved me to the west side of the state, Battle Creek, it would not have worked out. I should see if the offer still stands for another year.

I won't be there for the actual cruise day on Saturday.  But I should be making an appearance during the week leading up.

Just a heads up.  The only "Where I know I will be moment".  I will be at Donut Cutters in Berkley on Wednesday at 4pm.  There is a large Mopar cruise there.

Took a ride on Woodward yesterday afternoon. It's all ready busy. The Shell station north of 13 mile was packed.

I'm in town but I'm with a Mustang buddy. I've never been before so he's showing me around but so far it's been very Ford-centric. I need some ideas what to see and do on the Mopar side so i don't go crazy! Too bad they didn't open the WPC museum at least.
Yes I own a 1972 Dodge Challenger Convertible T/A S/E with a 440 Six Pak. Can it get any more wrong?

Dang. Wish I could attend. Was at the Gratiot cruise back in June. That was fun.

Gratiot Cruise is nice - But Nothing tops the Woodward Dream Cruise - this Cruise goes through 9 or so cities, miles and miles of cement, of course wall to wall of cars, like One Million attend

I spent the last couple nights at the Mopar setup on 13 mile. Met Richard Rawlings saw a few Hellcats, had a great time. If i can find parking tomorrow (fingers crossed) i should be in the area again rocking the CC.C shirt. I had no idea you have to pre register for parking. I may be S.O.L.  :bricks1:
