Just go to your local auto parts store, look up the size, and they can cut a section from a bulk roll. Should be very inexpensive. They should have the correct hose. Looks like 3/8 hose and O'Reilly's sell specific power steering hose. So any auto parts place should have it for you. It's like $2 per foot cut from a roll.
