Yes, that is your manual washer pump. Your A-body doesn't have squirters on the hood. They are in the cowl and squirt through the slots.
Thanks! Now I'll have to look if they're still there. My dash is a bit of a rat's nest (fortunately, not real ones) and misc things aren't attached like the heater. I don't think I have a reservoir but I'll have to look if the washer lines are even there.
UPDATE: Looks like new lines were run through the cowel, but for some reason, I don't see where the reservoir line runs. Seems to go into the firewall, which seems odd why that would be in the car vs the engine bay. Moot point, I looked at the new nozzles and great, one of them was painted over...
