I was able to go thru my parts stash.

I don't have the metal handle cups anymore. I must've sold them.

Here is what I did find if you're interested.
 
The metal parts are mounted on the door.
The handle is the passenger side.

This is what I've got, you might not want them. All the textured coating, vinyl, whatever, IS NOT present on the inside of the cups. They are metal from a '70 Cuda. If you're interested though I'd be looking at 30 bucks shipped (FYI: it's about $11.00 to ship from Canada).
