E-Body 8-3/4 Sure Grip (489)
« on: April 24, 2005 - 09:55:12 PM »
Purchased back in 1986.  Complete rebuild in 1986.  Approx 30 miles since.  I've stored this forever, and now decided to go Dana 60 with my big block on juice project.  Located 25mi north of Minneapolis MN.  4.30 Richmond gears, 489 casting, sure grip, excellent condition.

$600 Complete

 Includes:
   ∙ carrier assy
   ∙ axles
   ∙ bearings
   ∙ dust shields
   ∙ drums

I will separate carrier:

   ∙ $375 (carrier assy w/ gears & pinion)

Prefer not to ship unless completely arranged by buyer (did it on ebay before - can't stand the 1,000,000 ship ????).

Don't hesitate to contact me with any questions.

Thank You!

Do you know if this is the cone style Sure-Grip unit or the disc style?
