thankyou I thought that was for the radio I don't that light or that wire combo so must be an option?

I'm not sure if it was an option or standard issue. I would think standard issue just because you would think all cars came with some sort of light shining on the floor under the dash in that time era.

Look at the bottom metal part of your dash frame. There should be two screw holes fairly close together. If so, then looks like yours had it at one point. Or at least the option was there for it.

Yup, and funny the red arrow for #3 is touching the radio plug as well.

#2 is the courtesy light that mounts under the dash and shines on the floor around your feet. In that picture it was coiled up to keep from snagging or bumping it during install. It's mounted now.
#3 it the bracket for the radio. It was previously bent that way I guess to get it out of the way. I'll straighten that out when I put the radio back in.
