I think he means $55,000.00 which would be top dollar for a 340 automatic car.
For $55K the car would have to be completely numbers matching with original fender tags and a fresh #1 condition factory stock restoration in my opinion.

An original V6? billboard car is a huge plus, but exterior colour and other cool options play a major factor in getting top dollar out of a 1971 Cuda.

I think any one seriously in the market for a 71 Cuda should call this guy to get the low down....I'm not certain his exact location, but he's in my "area code" I will gladly check it out for any one interested. I know a thing or two about 71 Cudas.

I called and spoke to the guy they are original 340 cars.  They are apparently good drivers for cruise nights.  I found the one that currently has the 440 in it http://www.kijiji.ca/v-cars-trucks/city-of-toronto/1971-cuda-440-sixpack/1009882276?enableSearchNavigationFlag=true.  I think both these cars were listed on kijiji for a while at a cheaper price not sure if they are now being resold.

I talked to him too - the orange Cuda with now a 440 6-pack is "a little more rough than the yellow one" with a 340.  Both are '71 Billboard cars.  The yellow had a frame off resto 6 yrs ago (?) and has new interior.  Both are for sale at $55k each.  He is in no hurry to sell and already bought a container to store both cars.  He is located in Tottenham, ON and prefers a buyer closer to him than Denver, CO.

After you guys are finished with all your hipe let me add to the conversation,price is always negotiable!  I bought both cars to own one! Hoping to sell one so i could get mine cheaper? But the guy i bought them from wouldnt budge? So now im taking a chance to recoupe some money?  No, i do not need the money ihave other cars as well! If i bought one i would have paid too much? So i bought both! Its a buying tactic? Im an honest and fair man,im not trying to screw anybody! I too have to sleep at night!  When i was 15 i had a chance to buy a hemi cuda 71 . Add was in truck section of toronto star, my brother promised me a car as payment for working for him? We got in the honda civic and made are way to  ajax ontario were a kid owned the car.we stopped for air presure in one wheel and when we got there two peaple were arguing over the car already! He was asking 6 k and got 8 k.i went through my whole life sulking about that car!!!    If any body noes who bought it  it would be be most appreceated!
