Mike, any plans on future engine upgrades? Or is the /6 (aka monster) staying for a long time?  :dontknow: :)

Also, any plans on converting to console/floor shift?  :D

Are you going to be able to make that 5/15 deadline?  You look pretty close.
It's looming fast, and there's still a bit to get done before the show... I need to call this week on a couple places to find out how much it is to install the headliner and front and rear windows... I figure, with those, I can go register the plates and get my insurance added on, then start tearing up the streets!! :grinyes: :grinyes: :grinyes: Oh, almost forgot, get it to the exhaust shop...

No more leaks as of yet... shhhh!!

Glad you guys are liking the pics... more to come once she's outside!!

Oh, NZ, there's a little secret there... you'll have to wait on that...

Yeah... the trans bracket was fine... I forgot to order/didin't know I was going to need it until the last minute. After studying your pic, I realized there was a bracket there... so I did some searching and found it...  :gripe: Don't order from Summit on Friday's... you won't get it until Tuesday!! :gripe: Oh well, now she's installed and both the throttle and kickdown work great... love the feeling of a tight throttle pedal and tight brakes!! :grinyes: :grinyes: :grinyes:

If the rain holds off tonight, we're going to pull her out of the garage for the first time under her own power in almost 3 years!!

Hey no joke, I saw a little red express and a 56 chevy in Iraq driving under its own power!!!  Dont get me wrong they looked like the have lived in the desert for 20 years but it was still pretty cool to see in the middle of a war.

Here's a few more... I'm really getting frustrated with this car!! :madvibe: :pissed: :gripe:   :stomp: :stomp:

New torque converter is ordered and should be here May 11th.... I took everybody's advice in the Tranny section and broke down and ordered a custom one built this combination...  :nopity: (Another almost $500 bucks down the drain).... :banghead:

Timing is still off.... I'm about ready to rip the distributor out and throw it down the street.... this has been the biggest pain in the ass so far on this car.... :pissed: :pissed: :pissed: :pissed: :gripe: :gripe: :gripe: :gripe:

Then, I was adding some more gas in the tank and started hearing a water dripping noise... turns out, gas was leaking from the bottom of where the pickup tube assembly goes in... my guess is that one of the gaskets got wrinkled when we tightened that down...  :pissed: :pissed: :pissed: F'ing eh... another thing to fix.... :gripe: :gripe: :gripe:

Here's some pics of how she sits on all 4's... love the look... guess that's about all I love on her right now... the nickname holds true... B*tch in Blue... :stomp: :stomp:
